🪩 On Fridays, Nike Turns The Gym Into The Club For Gen Z 🪩
With 39% of Gen Z only drinking for special occasions, Friday Night Lift Club transforms the gym into the new Friday ritual, trading bar tabs for PRs. It’s where training meets culture, powered by Nike Trainers and the NSRL to turn the grind into the vibe. The concept kicked off at USC: an after-dark strength takeover with immersive lighting, music, and movement. Personal trainer Jen Windstrom led the workouts with Big Sis spinning on the mic.
